Go go bars aren’t the only place to pick up women, there are many small bars known as beer bars and these are very small bars which are usually in a complex which has many other bars that are the same size and have no walls surrounding them. The bars are almost always open air with a roof that covers the whole complex and they also have sexy Thai women working in them to try and attract male customers to drink at their bars. Beer bars will mostly have cheaper drinks than the go go bars, but there is no naked women dancing, just scantily clad women dancing around poles on the bar. It’s much cheaper to bar fine the women at beer bars then go go bars, but the women aren’t quite as beautiful on the average as the typical go go dancer.
There are said to be over 1000 beer bars in Pattaya, so they wont be hard to find and there many of them located on the water side of Walking Street. You can’t miss them as you are walking past, as the complexes that they are in, are huge and all lit up with thumping music coming out of them.
